RFP (Request for Proposal) has become one of the most preferred ways of doing business nowadays. For many companies and also for US Government it is the only way to do business.

  • The hiring of a large set of the workforce(recruiters and sourcing specialists) to meet RFP requirements
  • Working across numerous contingent offer letters
  • Keeping track of all the candidates
  • Editing and customizing the resume of the candidates as per the industry standard
  • Usage of a large amount of job search engines and repositories.
  • The fear of losing if you are not awarded with the Request for Proposal.

Request for Proposal is not about losing money and business, it’s about making new clients and getting more business out of it. As Robert Kiyosaki said:

So it is important to plan while working for an RFP and here are the steps which we recommend:

  • Calculate the number of resources needed to complete an RFP
  • Workaround with your Recruitment Managers / Service Provider company to figure out the timeline and deadlines for the RFP
  • If you a big recruitment agency get a dedicated team or if you are a small company hire a third-party agency to get the work done
  • Explain the scope of work to the recruitment teams and discuss “What is in it for them”.
  • Make sure you meet the timeline and have the work completed 10 days in advance so that you need not make the last-minute mistakes
  • Consider the first successful filing to be your win and enjoy completing it on time
  • Workaround with the experts of the RFP to guide you through the process and help you to achieve success.
