The only thing that needed to be done was to screen those resumes and you are good to go.

Companies like CareerBuilder(previously known as NetStart Inc.), Hotjobs.com(acquired by the monster), and DICE came into play. And became one of the most known places for recruiters to head out to find suitable candidates.

Still, job boards dominate the job marketplace and attract a lot of job seekers and employers. But  for a company to stand out, and get the right resource for a job different kinds of approaches are required, which is termed to be CREATIVE RECRUITMENT.

Any out-of-the-box way to find the candidate is termed to be Creative Recruitment. To achieve the hiring goals in such a fast-paced and dynamic market one has to work and think differently. A couple of ideas are:

  • Analyzing every email campaign and finding the bounce rate

So nowadays recruiters have just not had to look at a skill but have to be more of a marketing person. Understanding the jobseeker’s behavior and reaching them accordingly. The more recruiters think differently the more chances they would be able to accomplish their goals.
